Organization Goals

 

• Increase statewide membership to include elected Legislators and local elected officials
• Appointments crucial to the re-structure and support of the Caucus
• Review and restructure Vice Chair Organizational territorial duties
• Increase visibility of Caucus by creating Caucus Website
• Create Caucus Newsletter
• Hold several statewide meetings during CDP E-Board
• Meetings and other meetings as required to re-structure Caucus
• Meet with other Caucus officers to gain support and strengthen working relationships.
• Seek Teleconference sponsor
• Revise Bylaws
• Create Caucus Budget
• Revise Dues Structure
• Organize Young Chicano/Latino Committee
• Organize to participate in State Democratic Convention Immigration Forum
• Design Chicano/Latino Caucus Membership Pin
• State Democratic Convention Chicano Latino Caucus Hospitality
• CLC Training on Democratic Party Structure and Processes
